Our Services

Operation & Maintenance

Once your solar system is set up, it still needs care to keep working properly. At GSRL, we help you take care of your system so it stays clean, safe, and gives you the most power every day. This service is called Operation and Maintenance (O&M).

We clean the panels, check all parts, and fix small problems before they become bigger. We also offer something called AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). That means we visit your place regularly to check your system without you needing to call us. We keep things simple and make sure your system lasts a long time.

Over the years, we’ve helped solar systems work better and last longer — and we’re just getting started.

We believe in simple service and strong support. Our team checks your solar system, cleans it, and fixes any issues so it stays safe and makes good power. These values guide our work every day and help us take care of your system even after it’s installed.

Service Process

At GSRL, our way of working is built on three simple values:

  • We take care of each system like it’s our own, with full honesty.
  • We work as one team to keep your solar system clean and working.
  • We stay with you long after setup, through regular checkups and support.
How often should solar panels be cleaned?

Solar panels should be cleaned at least once every 2 to 4 weeks, especially if your area has a lot of dust or bird droppings. Clean panels catch more sunlight, which helps your system make more power. We clean them during our visits, so you don’t have to worry.

What if my solar system suddenly stops working?

If your system stops working, just give us a call. We’ll come as soon as possible to check and fix the issue. It could be a wire, battery, or panel problem. Our team will find out what’s wrong and solve it so your power comes back fast.

What does AMC mean in solar service?

AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract. This is a service plan where we take care of your system all year. You don’t have to remind us. We visit your place regularly, check all parts, and fix problems before they grow. It helps your system work better and last longer.

Can I take care of my solar system by myself?

You can do small things like wiping dust off the panels or checking if the inverter light is on. But for full care, it’s better to let trained people like us handle it. We have tools to check things you can’t see or fix safely.
